Jibika file drop — HR fills a template, uploads it, and the platform checks every row before writing anything.
1 · Choose what you are sending
Each template has its own columns, rules and worked examples.
Skill Assessment. The capacity check itself — five stop-watch readings per operation. This is the file that drives every skill figure in the platform.
One row = One row per operation tested. Several rows sharing the same employee ID and assessment date become one assessment with several operation lines.
2 · Upload the filled file
CSV, up to 20,000 rows. Duplicate handling is set to SKIP — change it in Settings.
